Our Hospital
Animal Care Group of Lake Oswego, previously known as Parkway Veterinary Hospital, has been keeping our community’s pets healthy for over 37 years – with many more to come! We are a full-service dog and cat animal hospital committed to providing comprehensive, cutting-edge care.

Our Facility
We are located off of I-5 and Kruse Way at 3996 Douglas Way, Lake Oswego, OR 97035. When you step through our front doors, you’ll experience a modern, spacious, hospitable atmosphere. Our lobby offers several private seating areas for you and your pet. Enjoy gourmet coffee and teas while you visit with us!

Requesting an Appointment

Your First Appointment
Prior to your appointment, we will send you an email asking enough questions to help us prepare for your arrival. This is a great time to list questions and concerns you have that we can go over during the exam. Pulling in, you’ll see our beautifully built two-story practice that sits behind the drive-through Starbucks on BoonesFerry. Once parked, we invite you to head in through the main doors OR text us that you are here and stay tucked in your car while we come to you.
Our veterinary assistants start your pet’s appointment off with a little TLC, treats and vitals. We will get all the information you wish to share. Your veterinarian will then enter the room to complete a comprehensive exam. This is a great time to ask questions! We want you to be confident and comfortable with the care and recommendations we are providing.
Everything can be done in the room, or we can take your pet into our fully staffed treatment room. When it’s time to go home, we handle payment and future scheduling right there in the room as well, so you don’t have to worry about hanging on to leashes or carriers at the front desk. We will even help you to your car!
