"Our first time at ACGLO and we were beyond happy!! The staff were very welcoming - starting from the reception area all the way through; the technician that worked with an AMAZING Dr. (Dr. Higel) was so nice, helpful, explained everything that was happening, personable, and gave some love to our fur babies. So sorry I didn't catch her name. Extremely clean facility. It was also nice to be able to take care of the bill in the exam room made for less congestion at the front desk. My fur babies are not reactive to others but I can see how the process of paying w/in the exam room would be so helpful for pets that are reactive. Thanks to all !"
