End-of-Life Care

Honoring the Bond You Share with Compassion, Respect, and Love

At Animal Care Group of Lake Oswego, we know your pet isn’t just an animal—they’re your heart, your home, your family. When it’s time to say goodbye, we’re here to walk alongside you with care, tenderness, and deep respect for the love you share.

Saying goodbye is never easy, but you don’t have to face it alone. Our team is here to support you and your beloved companion with services that prioritize comfort, dignity, and meaningful connection in every moment.

Our End-of-Life Services Include:

Gentle Quality-of-Life Assessments
We begin with a thoughtful evaluation of your pet’s well-being to help guide your choices with clarity and compassion. These conversations are never rushed, and we’ll support you with honesty, empathy, and kindness.

Comfort-Focused Pain Management
When every day matters, so does comfort. We create personalized pain management plans to ensure your pet can continue experiencing love, safety, and ease—on their terms.

Peaceful Euthanasia
When the time comes, we offer humane euthanasia in a calm, loving space. Whether at our clinic or in the comfort of your home, we create a setting that allows you and your pet to be surrounded by peace and love in their final moments.

Memorial and Aftercare Services
We partner with West Coast Pet Memorial Services to provide respectful and professional cremation services. Your pet’s cremation will be arranged through our clinic, and we’re here to guide you through every step with care.

We offer both private cremation, where your pet’s ashes are returned to you, and gentle group cremation, where ashes are not returned but your pet is treated with dignity and respect throughout the process.

As part of our service, we include a paw print keepsake to honor your pet’s memory.

If you’d like to explore additional memorial items—such as urns, jewelry, or custom tributes—you’re welcome to order directly through West Coast Pet Memorial.

You’ve given your pet a beautiful life. When it’s time to let go, we’ll be here to help you do so with grace and love.
