Acupuncture can be defined as the insertion of tiny needles into specific points on the body to cause a desired healing effect. It can also be used as preventive medicine against various problems.

Dr. Gregg Takashima and Dr. Shannon Williams are graduates from The International Veterinary Acupuncture Society and practice acupuncture on many of our patients.

Some of the concerns acupuncture can be used to treat: Musculoskeletal problems, such as arthritis or vertebral problems, Skin problems, such as allergies and lick granulomas, Eye and Ear diseases, Immune support, Pain relief, Respiratory concerns, such as asthma, Gastrointestinal problems, such as diarrhea, Stress and anxiety.
